The benefits of working for MOSL
Flexible working practices
We offer a flexible approach to work that is output driven. Homeworking is supported, with attendance at our office in Southampton encouraged for work requiring colleague collaboration and connection.
Rewards and recognition
From social events, wellbeing support and discounted goods and services through our rewards platform, we ensure that colleagues are recognised for their efforts.
Preparing for your future
We offer a competitive 9 per cent pension contribution, life insurance policy and healthcare benefits to ensure you feel prepared and supported.
We offer a variety of learning experiences to reflect our commitment as a learning organisation. Colleagues are encouraged to obtain professional memberships to advance their expertise and knowledge of their position and/or the water sector.
A key pillar for MOSL as a Learning Organisation is a Thriving Ecosystem, where employability across the market is encouraged to explore new ways to extend career paths and improve the overall success of the market.
Secondments of MOSL colleagues to trading parties provide great opportunity for our people to develop their career aspirations and gain valuable insight into the pain points experienced by trading parties. Equally, secondments of trading parties to MOSL will provide dual benefits and give trading parties (the secondees) a view on how the market operates and the opportunity to be directly involved in key projects that impact the market, for example, the Bilateral Transactions Programme. Secondments will also be considered within other water industry bodies such as Ofwat, Defra, CCW and WaterUK.
If you are interested in a secondment and would like to know more, please read our Secondment Principles.
