2026 Internship Programme

During my four month internship, MOSL was able to offer me an incredibly well-rounded experience with a strong blend of productivity and responsibility. My internship had real merit and was brilliantly supported by my adoptive team. Coming from a geography degree, it was important that I retained my links to the physical world, and my project on water efficiency was able to do exactly that. When I full time permanent position came up, I had no hesitation to apply for it. I now work in the Market Design Team. I will be forever grateful to the MOSL team for granting me this opportunity early in my post-graduate career. Thank you MOSL!

During my internship with the PMO team, I found it helpful to see how the concepts from my degree are applied in a real working environment. Following my summer placement, my internship was extended, and I worked one day per week in my final year. MOSL were particularly supportive while I was completing my dissertation, which focused on one of their recent programmes as a case study. It’s been a great experience and has helped to build my confidence in the workplace. I was excited when I was asked to apply for a full-time position. I now work in the Governance team.

MOSL gives you more than you could hope for from an internship. Everyone at MOSL wants to see you succeed and the constant encouragement I've received has always made me feel valued. The varied workload has hugely improved my understanding of in-house legal work, providing me with invaluable practical experience. MOSL is dedicated to developing its employees professionally, but equally there are plenty of opportunities to participate in rewarding groups such as The Green Team or the Young Persons Cohort. I am immensely grateful to MOSL for creating such an uplifting and inclusive workplace where everyone thrives!”

I am truly grateful for my time at MOSL. The warmth of the team created an environment where I could not only expand my skillset through hands-on experience with new software, but confidently present teachings from my degree that translated into real-world projects. Working with many members of the data team exposed me to diverse facets of data operations, enriching my knowledge significantly. Being a part of the Young People’s Cohort and the Green Team provided a fantastic opportunity to engage with the company’s wonderful community initiatives. It has been a fantastic journey.

This internship has taken the skills I got from my creative practice and applied all the tools and experiences necessary to go out into a competitive sector with so much confidence. In short, this internship has fulfilled everything I could have wanted, and to get this experience straight after a degree has been an amazing boost of confidence. The working environment at MOSL is very positive, everyone is friendly, helpful and communicative. I can ask all sorts of questions here because there are no stupid questions at MOSL. During my internship here I learned a lot of knowledge and had a chance to work with several new software outside of my university degree, which will truly help me in my future career. It was a great honour to work at MOSL.
