Chris Pond
Independent Non-Executive Director
Chris joined the Board in September 2023 and is an experienced NED. He holds a number of Chair positions including Chair of TrustMark, the Financial Inclusion Commission and Cape Claims Services Ltd. Chris has a strong background in public service and served as an MP for Gravesham from 1997 – 2005 and as Work and Pensions Minister 2003-2005.
Chris is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a members of the Audit and Risk Committee.
