Anita Adam

Anita joined the Board in September 2023. Anita is a qualified lawyer who has held a number of senior leadership positions in legal governance and regulation for commercial businesses. Following 11 years at Molson Coors, she is General Counsel and Compliance & Regulatory Director for Water Plus (the UK’s largest water retailer) and manages a legal/regulatory/compliance team of 22 who are championing ESG, particularly in the water space, helping to change the water industry and changing the way legal and litigation are dealt with within Water Plus.  She is also chair of Life2Romania charity.
