As founder of Waterscan Ltd, the UK’s leading water management company, Neil has been at the forefront of water efficiency and has championed customers in the water industry for nearly 30 years. Neil has expertly led Waterscan from a start-up business in 1994, when the water industry was privatised, to the largest water management consultancy in the UK.

Neil has a deep understanding of the water sector and is familiar with industry trends, governance and best practices, as well as ongoing and close working relationships with business customers.

Neil has an outstanding track record in building an effective strategy and being able to communicate with and influence all parts of the sector. He has demonstrated leadership within the business and in various working groups and committees.

Neil can provide insight into the customer experience of the market and as an independent retailer and supporter of Self-Supply. He has also championed water recycling and been instrumental in bringing greywater recovery to the hotel market both in the UK and MENA regions.
