Angela Day

Angela is a career People person having spent 25 years working in various human resources (HR) roles.

Most of Angela’s career has been in the manufacturing sector. Starting her career at Arjo Wiggins Appleton plc, she moved in 2000 to work for De La Rue plc. For 18 years she worked in a variety of roles ranging from HR Manager at their 24/7, unionised, banknote manufacturing operation in Hampshire to Head of Remuneration and Benefits at De La Rue’s Head Office.

In 2018 Angela moved to join a FinTech start up in the ‘Protection’ space (Guardian Financial Services) where she introduced appropriate, fit for purpose, frameworks and policies to support their people strategy and ensured that the business recruited, onboarded and established the right people culture to support growth.

Angela joined MOSL in November 2019. In this role, she has focused on developing a culture of inclusion and openness. By bringing the MOSL values to life Angela is focused on enabling MOSL colleagues to grow their potential whilst delivering an excellent service to the market.

Angela is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Mental Health First Aider and Insights Discovery Practitioner.
