Bilateral Hub

The Bilateral Hub is the central market system which trading parties must use to initiate and manage all business retail bilateral processes as set out in the market codes.

MOSL, in partnership with CGI, and trading party working groups are continually working to improve the Bilateral Hub functionality and operations. Here you’ll find MOSL’s release plans, outlining future functionality.

All Bilateral Hub related queries and tickets should be directed to the MOSL Service Desk. You can raise a ticket by logging in to ServiceNow (via the MOSL Service Desk button to the right)

If you don’t have access to ServiceNow, your Contract Manager or Deputy Contract Manager can request access via My MOSL.
