Cyclic Read Skip Codes

Summary of this change

CPW162 seeks to mandate standard reasons for not providing an actual cyclic read and collect these in a centralised market system.

CPW162 was presented to the Code Change Committee in April 2025. The CCC accepted the change into the change process. MOSL will develop the code change and plans to consult between late May to early June.
