Protections for Credit Support Security
Summary of this change
CPW079: An urgent Code modification for two related purposes:
- To address circumstances in which a Wholesaler draws on Credit Security above the level of payment owed by a Retailer
- To vary the level of Credit Support that a Retailer has to provide to a Wholesaler whose credit rating is lower than the Minimum Credit Rating (i.e. below investment grade).
