Suspension of Market Performance Standard Charges following an interim supply event

Summary of this change

This Authority Timetabled Change Proposal would suspend the requirement for the Market Operator to issue invoices on, and Retailers to pay, Market Performance Standard (MPS) Charges for any Interim Duty Supply Points that are allocated to them for the three months following the date on which cessation of supply commenced.
