Summary of this change

CPW161 seeks to require wholesalers to respond directly to third parties making requests on behalf of customers e.g., to install a datalogger or disconnect a premises.

The Code Change Committee agreed to accept the change into the change process on 8 April 2025. The change will be consulted in June 2025 and recommendation is targeted for October 2025.
