Wholesaler Smart Meter Reads
Summary of this change
CPW142 proposes that where an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) smart meter is installed at a premises, the relevant Wholesaler becomes responsible for market read submission into CMOS.
This change was developed in the Strategic Metering Review roles and responsibilities workstream and is described in option 3 of 'Metering Roles and Responsibilities'.
