R-MeX dashboard

This dashboard provides an interactive view of the Retailer Measure of Experience (R-MeX) surveys, which provide a measurement of wholesaler service to their retailer(s). The main page shows the key results of the latest survey and the average score trends for each category. Select a wholesaler to see its specific performance. The League table page shows the wholesaler ranking and the scores heat map for the selected survey. The About page provides additional information about the surveys.
