Service Components dashboard

The chargeable services provided to the non-household water industry can be split in to five service components relating to water supply and seven relating to sewerage. All market supply points (SPIDs) have at least one service component, and many have multiple. This dashboard provides insight into each of these service components, including a breakdown of overall services provided by each wholesaler, and the rate of service component utilisation amongst different wholesalers. As of 01/09/2024, there are a total of 3,852,641 service components and 1,237,339 water supply points with metered potable water services and 136 with metered non-potable water services. Definitions of each service component can be read on the About page. This data is accurate as at the first business day of the month and is updated on or before the 9th business day of every month.
