Purpose

To create a code-adopted methodology to measure retailers’ satisfaction with wholesalers through a regular, centrally administered survey. 

Completed outputs

The first R-MeX survey was conducted by MOSL in October 2020 and forms part of the Business Customer and Retailer Measure of Experience (BR-MeX) survey.
