Providing clarity around eligibility of premises in the non-household water market, exploring edge cases and striving for harmonisation of approaches across the country.
Objectives/Outputs
- Publish a Good Practice Guidance in 2025 looking at eligibility with a particular focus on de-registration.
- Working towards a market eligibility guide on Temporary Building Supplies (TBS)
- Working with Ofwat on a review meeting covering eligibility guidance.
