Purpose
Standardise the approach for unplanned and planned events, including terminology and data format, and agreement on roles and responsibilities.
Objectives/Outputs
- Updated Good Practice Guides for Planned and Unplanned Events to align with the market codes.
- Identify areas for further improvement e.g. management of notifications during planned/unplanned events.
