Ang has been a dedicated member of the Northumbrian Water team for 34 years, building a career rooted in customer service excellence. Starting as a 16-year-old in the Cashiers team, she has grown through a variety of roles within the Customer Service Directorate, gaining a deep understanding of both people and processes along the way.
Since April 2016, Ang has served as Wholesale Operations Manager, playing a key role in preparing Northumbrian Water for the opening of the non-household water market. Her passion for delivering outstanding customer service is matched by her commitment to innovation and operational efficiency. Ang is a Wholesale member of the Metering Committee and plays a key role in driving improvements across the market.
With a background that includes leading the Metering team as a level 3 manager, Ang’s enthusiasm for all things water—from meters to market reform—continues to drive her work. She brings a wealth of experience, a customer-first mindset, and a collaborative spirit to every meeting she joins.
Outside of work, Ang is a keen runner—though her marathon days are long behind her, she still enjoys hitting the pavement to unwind and recharge.
