NHH Water Efficiency Collaboration Portal
Applicant: Save Water Save Money Limited
Sponsors: The Water Retail Company and Wave
Aim
This project is a trial of an existing household digital platform, GetWaterFit, which curates water efficiency offers from different providers into a single system to improve customer engagement and effectiveness. It will deliver a customer-facing business water market portal, which will provide an assessment of water usage by a business based on self-certification and using a database of users defined by segmentation, numbers of taps, toilets and employees. It will also provide a proposal of solutions that might reduce demand.

MOSL met with the sponsor the Water Retail Company (TWRC) and the partner Save Water Save Money (SWSM) to confirm contract details. The contract is expected to be signed by all parties by month end. The platform will not only provide customers with insights into their usage profiles but will also trigger alerts to wholesalers and retailer (depending on how the retailer has chosen to configure the platform), allowing trading parties to follow up on customer activity with a timely call that will be based on up to date, customer supplied information. This is expected to drive engagement specifically within the Group 1 customer base. |
