Sewerage Switch Rates by Wholesaler Region since April 2017

The below map shows switches per 1000 Sewerage SPIDs in each of Ofwat’s Wholesaler Supply Boundaries. This map is updated quarterly. Last update 20/06/2025 10:25

As of 02/09/2024, there was a total of 669,699 switches in the market with 22.08% of Supply Points switching at least once. Out of those, 20.83% were water supply point switches and 23.51% were sewerage switches.
