On October 29 we issued our new Annual Trading Party Survey to Contract Managers. 

Your feedback is crucial to ensuring we deliver the right priorities for the market and continuously improve our services, communication, and engagement.

We have revised this survey, which will run every October, to include opportunities for feedback on MOSL’s improvement programmes and our strategic priorities. This is in direct response to trading party feedback, and we welcome your views on the changes made.

A Microsoft Word version has also been provided to allow you to circulate the questions internally, however, we ask that each trading party only submit one response through the online platform.

The survey will close at 6 pm on 15 November 24.

On the right-hand bottom corner, you will find:

After completing the survey, you will have the option to request a copy of your response
