Following the Strategic Panel's confirmation of the members of the market's new Performance Assurance Committee on 6 November, MOSL has published a feature containing details of each appointee.

The Performance Assurance Committee (PAC), which meets for the first time today (Wednesday 27 November), takes over from the Market Performance Committee (MPC), which has been in place since the market opened in 2017.

As well as being responsible for applying performance charges and trading party audits, the PAC will be responsible for any new financial tools and incentives resulting from the programme to reform the Market Performance Framework.

The PAC has an independent Chair and two new independent members. It also includes three wholesaler representatives, three retailer representatives, as well as members from CCW, Ofwat and MOSL.
