MOSL has published a consultation seeking trading party feedback for MAC & MOSL Articles Duplication (CPM059) which looks to remove duplication from the Market Arrangements Code (MAC) where this overlaps with the MOSL Articles of Association and the provisions related to membership, voting and appointment of directors.
Feedback is also being sought on proposed updates to the Articles of Association, the removal of outdated distinctions between Associated and Unassociated Retailers, and changes to voting arrangements and director appointments to the MOSL Board as detailed in this consultation document.
Trading Parties are encouraged to feedback on the potential changes in the consultation, or provide alternative solutions, which will inform the direction of the market over the coming years. Whilst we have provided a Word version, responses should be submitted through the online platform.
The Membership Review consultation can be found here and will run from 13 June to 1 July 2024.
Trading parties can obtain a copy of their responses on the 'thank you' page of their submission.
