Following a rigorous recruitment process led by the Nomination Committee, MOSL is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Wilkinson to the Board as a Wholesaler Director.
Following a member's vote in July 2024, and the implementation of Code Change CPM059 ‘MAC and MOSL Articles Duplication’ on 6 December, MOSL’s Board composition changed from two retailers and one Wholesaler Director, to having two directors from each industry category. As such, recruitment commenced in December for an additional Wholesaler Director. MOSL received some strong applications and Mark Wilkinson, nominated by Northumbrian Water, was appointed to the MOSL Board with effect from 27 February 2025.
Mark's water industry experience spans 30 years, from an agency employee with Essex and Suffolk Water in 1995 to now as Head of Income and Wholesale at Northumbrian Water. He qualified with the CIMA in 2006 and is also a Pension Scheme Trustee and School Governor.
Mark will serve a term of three years.
