MOSL’s Membership review consultation ran from 13 June to 1 July 2024 and consulted on five separate resolutions, which were proposed as one single special resolution. We would like to thank those trading parties who responded. In total, we received 16 responses, split 50/50 across wholesalers and retailers. We received no responses from New Appointment and Variations (NAVs) or self-supply retailers.

The response rate was low, possibly indicating a low level of engagement in the proposals or because of competing priorities. The majority of respondents, however, were supportive of the proposals with a small number of trading parties opposing specific elements of different proposals. These are outlined in the summary of responses.

As a result of the consultation feedback, we will be tabling the resolutions as five separate special resolutions at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held on 22 July. Contract Managers will have received a Notice of the AGM and a separate voting form from our service provider, Mi Voice.
