On the 2 October 2023, MOSL issued its Mid-Year Trading Party Survey continuing to build on understanding how members rate our performance against the services as part of our Market Services Framework.
We would like to thank those trading parties who responded to this survey. Overall, respondents rated MOSL's performance as market operator an average score of 4.1 (on a 1-5 scale from ‘very dissatisfied’ to ‘very satisfied’), this builds on the 3.9 average score from the Annual Trading Party survey published in March 2023.
The below identifies the movement across our four service areas and engagement based on the average of trading party ratings. Ratings in two service areas have remained the same, (Market Assurance and Website) while all other areas have scored higher than the annual survey. All but one service area scored above a 4.0 (average 4.1) in this survey, showing that overall trading parties’ are satisfied with the delivery of our services.
