MOSL has published its Quarter 3 (Q3) Report for 2025/26, covering our improvement programmes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The report demonstrates 70% progress across our improvement programmes. The KPI report also shows we met or exceeded all 24 KPIs this quarter.
As a reminder, the companion document, MOSL’s Projected Milestones 2025/26, outlines our planned and actual milestone delivery dates for the year. This document has been updated in line with the release of the report.
Key deliverables this quarter include:
- Smart Meter Read Hub: The working group met for the first time and Phase 1 development of the hub began.
- Strategic Data Programme: We began reviewing the new connections process with the working group and explored possible stakeholder requirements for industry segmentation of data.
- Strategic Metering Review: We began developing a Smart Metering Guidance Document and worked with the RWG to define a mandated list of meter read ‘skip codes’.
- Market Evolution: We delivered an update on the Settlement Strategy to the Strategic Panel.
- Modernisation of Market Systems: We made several improvements to the CMOS user interface and functionality and explored investment in AI technologies.
- Market Performance Framework Reform: The reformed MPF came into effect this quarter and the requirements for enhanced bilaterals reporting was signed off.
