At the end of March 2022, MOSL issued its latest Annual Trading Party Survey to understand how members rate our performance against the key services set out in our Market Services Framework.

As well as building on the feedback from the Annual Trading Party Survey 2021, the March 2022 survey also built on questions and feedback included in the Mid-Year Trading Party Survey in October 2021. The mid-year survey related to MOSL's engagement and communication and was an opportunity for trading parties to provide feedback on their experience and insight on how we could continue to improve.

We would like to thank those trading parties who responded to this survey. In total we received in 78 per cent response rate. Overall, respondents rated MOSL's performance as market operator an average score of 4.0 (on a 1-5 scale from ‘very dissatisfied’ to ‘very satisfied’), building on the 3.9 average score from the Annual Trading Party Survey 2021.

All core service areas have improved based on ratings from trading parties, see below for an overview:

• Respondents rated the Market Operations core service an average of 3.8, increasing from 3.7 in our annual survey, March 2021.

• Respondents rated the Market Assurance core service an average of 3.8, increasing from 3.5 in our annual survey, March 2021.

• Respondents rated the Market Improvement core service an average of 3.8, increasing from 3.5 in our annual survey, March 2021.

• Respondents rated Governance and Support Services core service an average of 3.8, increasing from 3.6 in our annual survey, March 2021.

• Respondents rated the Engagement and Communications an average of 3.7, increasing from 3.3 in our mid-year survey, October 2021.

• Respondents rated the new MOSL website an average of 3.9, decreasing from 4.0 in our mid-year survey, October 2021.
