My MOSL has now gone live with a new service, called My Charts, which has seen market charts and reports migrated from the MO Portal to the My MOSL platform on our website.
This launch is part of our continued work to make the MOSL website the ‘single front door’ for trading parties to access our services and find information.
My MOSL has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, enabling trading parties to raise queries, service requests and access reports via Single Sign On (SSO).
We are continuously updating the services we provide on My MOSL and improving the usability of the dashboard.
As an example, we will soon be introducing new functionality to provide Contract Managers or those with delegated authority, organisational level visibility of all queries/requests raised within their organisation. This will provide them with the ability to respond and update on service tickets raised by their team directly.
What’s more, Contract Managers will be able to manage users for their organisation, including who has access and adding new or amending/removing existing users. This new functionality has been developed directly in response to trading party feedback.
So, what services can you access via My MOSL?
We’ve integrated My MOSL services in a phased approach, starting with our highest volume and most critical processes.
Trading parties can now do the follow through My MOSL:
- Raise Unplanned Settlement Runs
- Access the Medium Volume Interface
- Raise queries to our IT support, performance, operations and bilaterals teams
- Raise a query on a potential dispute (not a formal dispute)
- Opt in/out of Gap Site Allocations
- Access market charts and reports
- Upload Operational Performance Standard (OPS) data
To support trading parties using My MOSL, we have published guidance documents and training videos which are available on the Training pages of our website.
To access My MOSL, trading parties must be signed up to MOSL’s Azure tenant. If you are not sure whether you have access, you can test this by logging into the MOSL website with your own business credentials. If you can sign in this means you have access.
If you have not yet received an invitation to join the Azure tenant, please speak to your Contract Manager who will need to email
Access to the charts section of the MO Portal will be removed from 1pm 23 June, so it is important that Contract Managers or authorised deputies submit a list of users (along with their email addresses) who will require access to My Charts reports before 23 June 2023. Please submit these lists via My MOSL to IT Support.
Please note that Bilaterals reports will continue to be accessable on the MO Portal until they are moved to the Bilaterals Hub in the future, the date will be commuicated to you shortly.
As we continue to improve My MOSL and develop additional services we are keen to hear from trading parties on how they find it. If you have any questions on My MOSL and the services available, or you would like to provide feedback, please email
