MOSL’s Query Management System (QMS), My MOSL, has now gone live with the general queries processes.

Earlier in the year we launched our new Query Management System (QMS), My MOSL, enabling users to raise service requests through the MOSL website using their own business credentials via Single Sign On (SSO). The first phase of this work saw the integration of the Unplanned Settlement Run (USR) process which went live May 2022. This was followed by the migration of the Medium Volume Interface (MVI) in September 2022.

The new general queries process enables all queries that historically would have been raised via IT support, operations, performance and the bilaterals mailboxes, to be raised through the My MOSL platform on the MOSL website. This gives trading parties the ability to track all requests into MOSL via a centralised platform and QMS Dashboard.

Launching this new service responds directly to trading parties’ feedback on wanting greater visibility and to better manage their requests to MOSL – removing the need for various mailboxes. It also provides us with the ability to provide a consistent and measurable service to trading parties, supporting one of our strategic priorities for Service Excellence.

This service will continue to improve as we develop further processes and in response to feedback on the user experience. The next process which will be developed in the New Year is the Gap site (opt-in/opt-out) process. We will be keeping trading parties updated as this process is developed via our regular communications channels and our monthly newsletter, Market Focus.
