Lucy Darch appointed to MOSL Board

Following a nomination process and associated retailer members voting at yesterday’s General Meeting, we are delighted to announce Lucy Darch, CEO of Wave Utilities, as the new Associated Retailer Director of the MOSL Board. Lucy succeeds Andy Hughes, CEO of Waterplus, who is stepping down at the end of his two-year term.

Lucy joins the Board with over 25 years' experience in the sector. She has held a number of senior leadership roles across gas, electricity and water at Enron Direct, uSwitch and British Gas Business and has extensive knowledge of new entrant start-ups, business development and digital delivery across utilities.

In welcoming Lucy, Anne Heal, Chair of the MOSL Board, said:

In joining the Board, Lucy said:

Lucy takes up her appointment as of 18 September 2020, for a three-year term. She will join her first Board meeting on 30 September 2020.
