MOSL has published its responses to Ofwat and CCW's consultations on their draft forward work programmes for 2023-24.

In our response to Ofwat's forward programme, we agreed that action to tackle the remaining frictions in the market remains a priority. We also highlighted the good progress made this year including the delivery of the final phase of the Ofwat-mandated Bilateral Transactions Programme.

We called for Ofwat’s forward programme to also focus on tackling the challenges for the market that can only be resolved through structural changes. We believe there is a need to drive change in both areas, in parallel, and at pace.

In our response to CCW’s forward work programme, we supported CCW’s ambitions to reduce the number of complaints by 10% by March 2024 and increase satisfaction levels. We called for clarity on the actions to achieve the complaints target with last year's programme including the same target with a March 2023 end date.
