MOSL has submitted a response to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) review of the competition concurrency arrangements. These are the arrangements in which the CMA and sector regulators - including Ofwat - share certain competition powers.
The response highlights MOSL's general support for the current concurrency arrangements but also sets out a few areas where MOSL believes greater clarity could help unlock more active competition and value in the market.
