Today, MOSL released its 2024/25 Sustainability Report, detailing what we have delivered against the 12 commitments outlined in our 2024/25 Sustainability Plan.

In February, we announced that our sustainability activities will move to a two-year cycle. Therefore, this report also includes a summary of our commitments for 2025/26 and a link to our 2025-28 Sustainability Strategywhich provides a roadmap for embedding sustainability into our business-as-usual activities.

MOSL met or exceeded 10 of the 12 commitments, including delivering a full programme of wellbeing events led by our Mental Health Champions.

One of our key objectives last year was to embed governance, enhance stakeholder engagement, and improve reporting. Our sustainability activities now have representation at every level of the organisation, and our Sustainability Champions share quarterly updates to the MOSL Board and externally.

We have fully embraced our 2024/25 theme, ‘Progress through Partnership,’ and continued to build relationships with existing partners while making new ones.

Lyv Nabarro, Head of Market Engagement and Communications and SLT Sustainability Sponsor, said:

"One of the areas I am most proud of is how the team has built connections with our office neighbours. Building these relationships and exploring how we can support one another within the community has been an ambition of ours for two years. We persevered in our efforts and are delighted that fellow White Building tenants, Documation, supported us in fundraising efforts for our charity of the year, No Limits. This allowed us to provide service users with a fully funded Christmas party, complete with practical gifts such as toiletries, stationery, and clothing.

MOSL is an organisation that believes in being a responsible business. This means reducing our impact on the planet, working to safeguard our resources and providing a safe, inclusive and diverse working environment. We believe in building communities and leveraging these communities to share experience and knowledge.”
