Q1 Key highlights this quarter include:

This year we have introduced a new KPI dashboard using PowerBi to make it easier for our members to view our performance levels across our four service areas: Market Operations, Market Assurance, Market Improvement, and Governance and Support Services. We have also simplified a number of measures and introduced new measures for the bilaterals hub which will formally be reported against from the next financial year.

Within the Quarterly Report we have also, for the first time, included indicative spend against our budget for our five key improvement programmes. This is in direct response to trading party feedback for greater visibility of our budget spend across the year.

We want to make sure that these reports provide the information you want to see and provide overall value to the market.
