Today MOSL has published its Quarterly Report on performance against its key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement programmes for Quarter 4 2022/23.
The report shows good performance across our four core services this quarter and the year. We are also delighted to report that we delivered all of our 2022-25 Business Plan commitments, across our five core improvement programmes.
As the first Q4 report in the new PowerBI format, we have added an end of year performance page for each of our services and improvement programmes. However, a detailed review of our performance will be published in our Annual Report and Financial Statements in June.

In parallel, we developed and gained endorsement for the strategic business case, as well as a long-term plan that outlines future work
-
The publication of phase two of the Metering Roles and Responsibilities Report, which included a high-level impact statement, the case for change and implementation options agreed by the Metering Committee
-
The publication of a best practice document ‘Data Standard for sharing granular consumption data’ which provided a common standard for the data derived from Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Automated Meter Readings (AMR)
-
The publication of a full list of our Data Services, providing a view of all non-code mandated data services offered by MOSL
-
The publication of conceptual data models depicting market entities and activities and how they relate to one another.
