At the General Meeting on 27 February, trading parties approved MOSL’s 2025-28 Business Plan.
Following the consultation in January, our final plan shows a 2% increase from our draft budget, as a result of the inclusion of the Strategic Data Programme, which received positive feedback.
Our total spend budget for 2025/26 is £14,045k. £13,700k will be funded through MO charges with £345k funded from reserves – an overall increase of 1% from our 2024/25 charges.
In total, we received 47 votes out of a total of 63 members eligible to vote (74.6%), which is more than the required two-thirds for the General Meeting to be quorate.
The only resolution presented at the meeting was to approve our 2025-26 annual budget of expenditure. 46 members (97.9%) voted in favour of the resolution, with one member voting against.
A further breakdown of the voting results can be found on the General Meeting page of our website.
