"Following the end of my legal internship in September, I stayed on part-time with MOSL until I finished my law degree. The experience has been wonderful, and I am incredibly grateful to have been supported by everyone, especially by the talented Legal Team. The environment at MOSL has allowed me to develop into the confident young professional I am now, and I will always be thankful for the opportunity they have provided me.

The water world is still complicated and sometimes confusing, but having learnt to draft contracts, write research reports for a variety of different complex subjects and literally hundreds of other things, I feel that my skills have progressed hugely over the last 11 months, which has also supported me in my degree.  I have been able to balance my time at MOSL with my studies, and the confidence that MOSL has given me to step outside of my comfort zone has led to some fantastic personal achievements in the last year, such as being a speaker at the Undergraduate Law Conference; something which I would not have done without the experiences I have gained at MOSL.

MOSL has allowed me to build relationships across teams, and I have always felt valued both personally and professionally. It is scary when people trust your advice, but I am also delighted that my view is respected and appreciated within the company. The various groups within MOSL, such as the Green Team and the Young Persons Cohort, have added to my experience at MOSL, bringing lots of fun to the role and raising and attempting to help solve important challenges in the water sector. MOSL’s focus on mental health, neurodiversity, and volunteering to help the community is inspiring and fosters a wonderfully inclusive and supportive environment.

MOSL really does feel like a big family. Everyone celebrates one another’s successes, and the camaraderie is to be admired. Mutual respect and appreciation underpin everything at MOSL, and the people make the job that much more rewarding.

As I prepare to transition to the next phase of my career, I am grateful for the opportunities I've had at MOSL and the relationships I've formed along the way. The knowledge and skills I've acquired during my time here will undoubtedly serve as a solid foundation for my future endeavours. Choosing MOSL was one of the best decisions I made, and I will always appreciate everything I have learnt from some of the water industry’s greatest minds.

Thank you, MOSL."
