On 3 November MOSL held its annual CEO Forum. Due to the planned rail strikes the event was moved to a virtual meeting focused on the headline themes of MOSL’s upcoming business plan and immediate risks and opportunities facing the non-household market.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we have published the recording of the CEO Forum presentation and feedback from the breakout group discussions.

The timestamped video is available below. We have also published a summary of the feedback from the breakout groups in which attendees were asked to explore two questions:

  1. Is there a value proposition for small customers?
  2. How do we best incentivise trading parties to meet obligations and improve customer service?

We would like to thank our members and key stakeholders for joining and actively participating in these discussions.

We have now rescheduled the in-person forum for 18 January 2023. We will be issuing the agenda in early December which will be focused on continuing discussions around building resilience in the non-household market and what the long-term strategy looks like for customers in engaging and realising benefits from the market.
