We are pleased to announce that we have now launched our new website. This launch marks the first of three redesign phases, which focuses on:
- Making the website clearer to navigate
- Making meeting information easier to find
- Increasing visibility of key documents.
Alongside a modern, cleaner design, we have implemented a number of new site features based upon trading party feedback. You can find out more about some of these features below:
Market Services Framework site navigation
Arguably the biggest change to the MOSL website is the site navigation, making a transition to being categorised to coincide with the services featured in our Market Services Framework. We understand that is may take a little while to get used to, so we encourage you to take a look around. However, if you’re in a rush you can use our new search functionality or the sitemap that appears at the bottom of the homepage.
Training and Guidance
To better ensure that you can find all of the information you need, all of our training is now available in one central location. Browse our range of Retailer Wholesaler Group (RWG) Good Practice Guides, CMOS training, code guidance as well as our interactive Market Training. Whilst we now have this location, each training module is also available to view on its respective page, too.
MOSL Calendar
The MOSL calendar will now be the central location for all MOSL outputs, housing information for meetings, publications, consultation deadlines, settlement information and more. As with the training and guidance, these events are available on the respective pages throughout the site if applicable, such as settlement dates and Committee meetings.
Contact Form
It has been widely acknowledged that there is a need to increase the visibility of contact information on our website, therefore we have introduced a new contact form for our members. As part of our Organisational Redesign we recently distributed a list of MOSL mailboxes, however there will now be a dedicated route into MOSL via the website. Simply insert your contact information, select a subject from the dropdown and submit your query.
Logging in
The new website uses Microsoft Single Sign On, therefore when you log into the MOSL website you will be asked for your MOSL Partner account credentials that you currently use to access MOSL SharePoint sites, the old MOSL website and the MO Portal. Please be aware that if you are currently logged in with another Microsoft account you may not be able to log in. We, therefore, advise that you login using a different browser to prevent any issues with your credentials. If you have any issues with logging into the website, please contact
Work is now underway on the next phase of the project, therefore we are keen to know your thoughts. If you have any feedback or comments, or would like to be part of our trading party beta group, please contact
