Business Continuity

Policy Statement

MOSL is committed to the development and implementation of business continuity policies and processes appropriate to the scale, nature and complexity of our organisation, and the environment in which we operate.

The way in which we plan, prepare, and respond to incidents is key to our overall effective recovery and continuance, and provides trading parties with confidence in our ability to operate the market and respond quickly and efficiently to incidents if, and when, they occur.

We will take all appropriate and proportionate measures to plan and respond to business continuity events to protect our colleagues, existing and future trading parties, their customers and the market as a whole. This includes the reputation of MOSL and the non-household market, data and information, intellectual property, resources and buildings infrastructure during an actual or threatened incident or disruption.

All aspects of business continuity planning at MOSL are certified to ISO 22301:2019, the International Standard for Business Continuity. Click here to see the Certificate of Approval.
