We provide confidence to the market that MOSL and its members are performing to the best of their ability and in line with the market codes, and that, where appropriate, the correct measures are in place to encourage improvement. This section provides further information on the market entry and exit process, as well as our performance and risk activities, such as the Market Performance Operating Plan (MPOP) and Annual Market Performance Review (AMPR).
Risks and Issues Tracker
The Risks and Issues Tracker was first produced in October 2022 as part of the Market Performance Framework (MPF) Reform’s first market-wide consultation.
The tracker is now used to inform decisions made by MOSL and the Strategic Panel and its Committee regarding market risks. The document is maintained by MOSL and reviewed and published annually.
The tracker informs:
- The Code Change Committee’s decision-making in accepting and prioritising code changes
- The risk scores used to determine the annual schedule of trading party audits conducted by MOSL
- The performance review process implemented as part of the MPF Reform.
