As part of our Market Assurance work, MOSL is responsible for a number of projects that both monitor and improve trading party performance. The Risks and Issues Tracker was first produced in October 2022 as part of the Market Performance Framework (MPF) Reform’s first market-wide consultation.
The tracker is now used to inform decisions made by MOSL and the Strategic Panel and its Committee regarding market risks. The document is maintained by MOSL and reviewed and published annually.
The tracker informs:
- The Code Change Committee’s decision-making in accepting and prioritising code changes
- The risk scores used to determine the annual schedule of trading party audits conducted by MOSL
- The performance review process implemented as part of the MPF Reform.
