2018-19 League Tables

These tables take trading parties and arranges them based on their performance against the Market and Operational Performance Standards (MPS and OPS). To make the data more meaningful, you will see that we have segmented trading parties into four groups and have used a clear colour-coding to indicate who sits in the upper and lower quartiles of trading party performance.

To note:

  • Performance Trend Indicator shows changes greater than +/-2% between Sept 18 and March 19.

  • Yu Water, Hafren Dyfrdwy and Pod53 have been excluded due to low task volume

  • SSE, Hafren Dyfrdwy, Albion, Icosa Water, Severn Trent Services, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and Veolia have been excluded due to negligible task volume
  • Bristol Water, Affinity Water, South Staffordshire Water, South East Water, Portsmouth Water and Sutton and East Surrey Water only provide

    water services, whilst the other nine wholesalers provide both water and sewerage services.

To note:

  • Albion Eco, Albion, Hafren Dyfrdwy, IWNL, Leep Water Networks, Veolia, Dwr Cymru** and SSE have been excluded due to negligible task volume
  • Whilst Dwr Cymru did not have enough tasks to be included in the table, it should be noted that it has achieved 100 per cent task success for every month since May 2018
  • Unlike MPS, all OPS data is self-reported and is not sourced through CMOS
  • Bristol Water, Affinity Water, South Staffordshire Water, South East Water, Portsmouth Water and Sutton and East Surrey Water only provide

    water services, whilst the other nine wholesalers provide both water and sewerage services.
