Retailer Measure of Experience (R-MeX)

The Retailer Measure of Experience (R-MeX) is a survey that provides a quantitative, as well as qualitative, measurement of wholesaler service to their retailer(s). It evolved from a Retailer Wholesaler Group (RWG) workstream, which began in August 2018, and is currently run twice a year. The survey consists of eight questions covering topics such as engagement, communication and data quality, asking retailers to provide a score between 0-10 with the option to provide additional feedback via an open text field.



The first league table below outlines the average score received by each wholesaler reviewed across seven areas, in the October 2023 survey. These areas correspond to the seven areas with a rating score. The table is ranked by ‘Overall Service’. The second table shows the movement of the average scores between the February 2023 and October 2023 surveys.
