February 2025 R-MeX
The first league table below outlines the average score received by each wholesaler reviewed across seven areas, in the February 2025 survey. These areas correspond to the seven areas with a rating score. The table is ranked by ‘Overall Service’. The second table shows the movement of the average scores between the August 2024 and February 2025 surveys. An average of the last two surveys is shared with Ofwat for their BR-MeX calculations.
Please note that any wholesaler that has fewer than three responses is omitted from the league table, therefore the total values at the bottom may differ slightly from the whole market equivalent.
