Aim
This project involves building a query engine on the Open Water website that will enable customers to find out the name of their retailer by inputting their postcode or meter serial number.
Project updates
Due to this project being owned by MOSL and MOSL's role as administrator in the fund, the project team has produced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to outline their role in the CATRID project and the issue of funds.

MOSL and Ofwat met on 12 August. MOSL will begin work putting the CATRID tool onto the testing area of the Open Water website this month and will work with Ofwat to confirm the successful operation of the tool. Actions for Aug and Sep by their completion date are below:
