The governance arrangements for the delivery of the Smart Meter Read Hub are as follows:
Steering Group membership
The programme Steering Group reports to the MOSL Board and comprises:

Working Group membership
The Working Group comprises six permanent members from three Wholesalers and three Retailers:

Although the membership of the Working Group is fixed, other trading parties are welcome to attend meetings as a guest to observe or input to particular topic(s).
Market engagement
The Smart Meter Read Hub programme team publishes regular updates to stakeholders registered on the MOSL mailing list that have signed up to receive updates about the Hub.
The programme team provides regular updates to the market, including the quarterly User Forum and monthly Contract Managers' meeting, details of which can be found on the MOSL calendar.
