Performance Rectification Plans

A Performance Rectification Plan (PRP) is issued to a trading party who has failed to meet acceptable levels of performance and as such, this issue is escalated to the Performance Assurance Committee (PAC) for further involvement. At this point, the PRP is agreed with the PAC and the trading party with an approach on improving their performance levels in a particular area.

You can find out more about the process of escalating trading parties due to performance concerns in Code Subsidiary Document CSD0002 (Section 7.6). Our Performance Resolution Policy (Section 4) describes our approach to publishing this information on our website.
